We train on Mondays 7pm - 9pm
Arrive from 6.30pm to warm up and and one-to-one tuition for grading syllabus techniques

How the lessons are structured:
Students generally arrive from 6.30pm. The first half hour is an informal opportunity for students to warm up, stretch and practice their techniques required for grading. An instructor will be present to answer questions and offer one-to-one advice.

The main session starts at 7pm and includes a vigourous group warm up, stretching exercises, core strength, Kihon, Pad work, and fighting. The session ends by 9pm latest.

New Students
New students are always welcome. We recommend that you come along to watch a session on your first visit, and if you think Kyokushinkai Karate is for you, join in the following week.
