Eastbourne Karate Club has been offering traditional Kyokushinkai Karate lessons in Eastbourne for over 30 years. We practice this effective form of martial arts in a welcoming and safe environment. Our main club instructor has been training in Eastbourne for over 35 years and is also the GB Under 18s National Coach.

Our Karate School offers lessons in Eastbourne for children from the age of five years. We also hold dedicated senior lessons for ages 14+. Eastbourne Karate Club is affiliated to the BKK - an association of similar karate clubs located all over the UK. This affiliation enables our students to attend National Karate Courses and tournaments. We teach the IFK Karate Syllabus which means the grades achieved are recognised and Worldwide.

Kyokushinkai Karate is the traditional form of full contact Karate, which was founded by Sosai Mas Oyama and brought to the UK by Hanshi Steve Arneil.
